Welcome to QuoteBuild. By accessing our website or using the service, you agree to these terms. QuoteBuild is intended for UK trade businesses and builders using the product for business quoting, estimating, and job-management work.
1. Description of Service
QuoteBuild is a software-as-a-service platform providing quoting, estimating, and job management tools tailored for the UK construction and trades industry.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. Subscription and Billing
QuoteBuild offers a no-card trial and paid subscription plans. The trial ends after 7 days or when 3 generated quote PDFs have been created, whichever happens first. Payments are processed through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewal charges. Access should continue until the end of the paid period already purchased. Refund requests are reviewed for issues such as duplicate billing, billing errors, confirmed cancellation not honoured, or material service unavailability. We do not promise refunds for unused time, quoting mistakes, client rejection, job losses, or expected margin not achieved.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for all data, quotes, and estimates you generate using QuoteBuild. We provide the tools, but you are responsible for checking prices, scope, tax, VAT, payment terms, job costs, and the accuracy of your quotes and business records.
6. No professional advice or profit guarantee
QuoteBuild does not provide tax, legal, accounting, quantity-surveying, or financial advice. The product helps organise quoting and job information, but it does not guarantee profit, quote acceptance, savings, compliance, or a particular business result.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall QuoteBuild, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
