QuoteBuild operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the flat monthly or annual fee associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for all data, quotes, and estimates you generate using QuoteBuild. We provide the tools, but you are responsible for the accuracy of your bids and business operations.
In no event shall QuoteBuild, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
